How to Host an Event
Event Checklist
1 – Submit idea and date to CC Chair.
2 – Complete Event Assessment Form + Info for Beverly Hills Permit to CC Chair Permit Info Needed:
3 – Send all creative to CC Chair for review/approval.
If you need logos, legal verbiage etc, contact CC Chair
*** Nothing can be sent until permits are secured
4 – Request mailing labels or list from Roster Chair.
5 – If accepting credit cards at event for payments, request Square from CC
Chair.
After the Event
6 – Send list of attendees, supporters and all accounting information to
CC Chair & Flo Fowkes.
7 - Complete Event Accounting Form, send checks & copies of checks + Cash from event to Flo Fowkes.
8 - Send thank you's & tax letters/receipts to anyone that made a donation,
no matter what the amount was. Tax Receipts available on our website (referred to as "Buck Slips").
*** Alert CC Chair & Bonnie McClure if anyone makes donation of $500 or more

- Estimated expenses
